About : We are 10 years old this year and we believe we have grown because we develop new projects, work with other organisations and offer our members a full programme of activities throughout the year – which has in turn increased our membership considerably. We offer:
Social Groups, Art, Reading, Creative Writing, Textile Courses, Pilates, Tai Chi, Workshops, Exercise Classes for older people, AquaFit, holistic therapies, reminiscing groups etc.
